Processing and Dispatch
ORS tries to provide the best service as possible. All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours of placed, if in stock. If the item is not available immediately but a later date the buyer will be notified. If the merchandise will not available at all, the order will be cancelled and a note will be sent to the buyer.
ORS operations center is located in the United States, but we ship internationally. Please see our ‘Shipping and Delivery’ info page for more details.
ALL import charges are non-refundable. These fees are paid to your government revenue organization, so we cannot refund them.
